Medium Term Socio-Economic Policy Framework 2012-2015
National stakeholders have collaborated once again in the preparation of the Medium Term Socio-Economic Policy Framework (MTF) 2012-2015. This framework sets out the priority national outcomes, strategies, programmes and targets for the three-year period FY2012/2013 – 2014/2015 towards the achievement of the long-term goals of Vision 2030 Jamaica.

Medium Term Socio Economic Policy Framework 2021-2024
The MTF serves as the centrepiece of the implementation framework of Vision 2030 Jamaica. It is one of the central features that has allowed for continuous implementation of Vision 2030 Jamaica across successive governing administrations. It directly situates policy-based programming within the national strategy framework and comes into force through Cabinet approval. The 3-year span of the MTF allows for changes in government’s policy frameworks to be integrated in the implementation of Vision 2030 Jamaica. Hence, how the long-term strategic development priorities will be advanced within pathways of change, along with resourcing and capacity building, are driven by government’s policy imperatives.

Report on Jamaica’s Development Progress towards its 2030 Goals (Update)
This report covers development progress towards the achievement of the National Outcomes and consequently Goals of Vision 2030 Jamaica. Specifically, it reports on the monitoring of the National Outcome Indicators and measurement of development performance against a baseline year of 2007 and medium-term (interim) targets that serve as milestones toward the achievement of the 2030 targets. Data available up to December 2021 were utilized.

Medium Term Socio-Economic Policy Framework (MTF) 2009-2012
The Progress Report 2009 – 2011 covers the two year period from FY2009/2010 to FY 2010/2011, and presents the main highlights of the implementation of the Plan, including the progress toward achieving the quantitative targets for each area of the Plan. The Progress Report has been prepared by the Planning Institute of Jamaica (PIOJ) based on inputs provided by each Ministry and other sources. The Report also represents an important input for the preparation of the new MTF for FY2012/2013 to FY 2014/2015.

Update on Vision 2030 Jamaica National Development Plan and MTF 2015 2018
Progress in the achievement of the goals and outcomes of Vision 2030 Jamaica is measured through use of national outcome indicators aligned to the 4 goals and 15 national outcomes. These indicators signal the extent to which the implementation of strategic priorities under Jamaica’s National Goals. Vision 2030 Jamaica is achieving the intended results. In FY 2015/16, 67 indicators – 20 more than the 47 indicators utilized in FY 2014/15 - were utilized to assess progress in meeting medium term targets and advancement towards 2030 targets and goals.
